Tama totally worked with me to see as many properties as possible in the time frame I had and at the last minute. There were lots of moving parts on my side of this experience and Tama worked right along beside me. Unfortunately, I did not purchase a property, totally due to circumstances changing on my end. If things work out in the future, I will be using Tama again.

Tama puts a person at ease immediately.I think of her almost more of a friend than someone I am doing abusiness transaction with.Tama was familiar with the surrounding areas in which we searched which tells me she has a great deal of experience, and also does a great deal of research for her client. She seemed so knowledgeable about what ever questions I had. One question I asked was about the water well depth; she offered to find the answer for me right away.Tama offered me helpful suggestions and always had printed information and photos of the properties we were to look. At the endof the day this was so helpful after seeing a number of properties. This too enabled me to be able to review specifics I may have forgotten to ask about. She has very good knowledge of the area and was able to provide all information to make us feel comfortable. She has been very quick in all communication while working through all of the process whether its dealing with selling agent or dealing with lender or home inspection company. She has been very thorough in all the work she does for her clients and we were really impressed with this. She took care of all the repair work needed as part of the home inspection report and worked with builder as well as relocation company to make sure house has no issues & all being resolved before closing date. I strongly recommend Tama for buying/selling home services and looking forward to work again with her in future.
