ZillowVERIFIEDI have contacted Talyia to manage my property seeing i was living in another state, we made an appointment to meet, I drove over 12 hrs to meet with her she didnt show when i called her she respond she is at a football game and reschedule for the other day, her unprofessional self didnt call but text that she was not feeling well and didnt even try to accommodate me seeing i came from so far. i think that was very unprofessional if she didnt want my business she should have said it.

She advised us to ask for home insurance and negotiated for the buyer to pay all closing cost which was a GREAT help. She knows her stuff. She was very pleasant and willing to show us all weekend. I recommend her highly. Cant say enough good things about her. I actually miss her now that we are no longer looking at houses and just chilling in our new beautiful home.
