Overall, our experience was a positive one. Talia did what she said she would do. We particularly liked the cleaning service that came in prior to the initial open house. The only negative is that we did not care for the home showing app. If you did not constantly monitor you texts you could easily miss a tequest.

ZillowVERIFIED Where do I start!? We got so lucky when we found Talia because we are from out of the state. So when we we?re up in Greenville visiting she was super accommodating and once we told her what we were looking for she really delivered. Anything we found in our own she took us to see within 24 hours if not she was on top of it for first appointments etc. Also, my mom came to visit one weekend and wanted to see some houses and Talia literally went out of her way to make it happen. My mom saw every house that we wanted to see in those 2 days. If Talia was busy or couldn?t make it for the time that worked for us her husband who is also a realtor came in her place. Which we appreciated it so much because of the time crunch and our availability being that we were not living here. We actually ended up doing a new build which was recommended by her and her husband when we described our perfect dream open concept home. She was amazing and while we were in Florida she would go to our meetings with the builder for us and FaceTime us in she was our representative and advocated for us. Asked the questions we didn?t know to ask. Then for signing and closing she was there for every step of the process and answered all questions. She really is available all the time and always with a lot of kindness which is rare. We loved working with her. If my mom ever does pull the trigger and ends up moving here we are 100% calling Talia to help us find a home. If you?re reading this I hope you go with her! You won?t regret it!

Never once did she bat an eye when we asked her to see a new property ? rather she would reply within minutes with a scheduled appointment and would take it a step further by scoping out other great properties in the same area to check out along the way.
