We had listed FSBO and several realtors had called trying to get our business and in the process had basically told us we didn't know what we were doing. Takeisha was the opposite of that. We met with Takeisha and her colleague Jessie. Both ladies were confident and professional and never once looked down on us. Takeisha is assertive and that's what you need if you're trying to sell a property. Our property was unique with over 17 acres and a working homestead. She said she could sell it and she did. Takeisha isn't your average realtor. She holds a Masters degree in psychology ( I believe that's correct) and has excellent interpersonal communication skills. You will not go wrong with Takeisha.
