Property owner and/or resident of the Phoenix Valley for 12 years. During this time I have been a licensed REALTOR in California & Broker in Arizona. As such I have witnessed the incredible real estate boom first hand in both states, the subsequent collapse, and finally the recovery of the past few years. Having "weathered" this perfect storm type cycle of boom and bust has provided me invaluable insight to the dynamics of our local market and the unique challenges facing buyers and sellers here in the valley.

Additionally, as a REALTOR who's business of the past 6 years was composed primarily of the listing of short sale properties for sale and the tough negotiations with banks these types of sales require, I know what the components of an "attractive" offer are and can therefore compose & position my clients offers far more effectively than many of my colleagues who have not had the same experience either listing properties for sale OR coordinating the tough negotiations.
