After a few weeks on Zillow, Tabitha called me and came to my home to explain to me the process. It was a big decision for me to sell my house, she listened to me and gave me time to think about everything with NO pressure. Our first experience with Tabitha was when she presented during the first time homebuyers course we took at Home Headquarters in the summer of 2019. We so so impressed with her presentation we decided that when we were ready to buy she would be the agent we were going to use. Due to unforseen circumstances we found ourselves needing to find a place to live in the middle of a pandemic. My husband and I were overwhelmed with the prospect of being first time homebuyers during Covid. We decided to call Tabitha. We expressed our concerns and she walked us through the whole process. Houses were selling almost as soon as they were coming up on the market. Tabitha was able to get us in to see houses as soon as they came up and many times on short notice. We found a home we really liked, not only were we able to get the first house we put an offer on but Tabitha was able to help us get it for below the asking price in a market where houses were selling way above asking. I cannot recommend her enough. If we ever decide to sell our new home Tabitha would be the first person we call.
