Working with Tabatha was prompt and simple from the start. She made herself available within days to meet at property, prepared us for what was needed, set everything up quickly, and had it on the market within a week. After several showings and a well prepared open house the house was under contract in 3 days. Tabatha had everything laid out and organized. Would definitely use again for all needs buying or selling.

Tabs is the BEST!!!She has sold multiple houses for my family in NE Ohio including Highland Heights & Parma, and about a dozen hoses for friends (ALl of whom think they owe me a favor after we introduced them to Tabs). She has also helped my family purchase houses in Rootstown, Parma, Doylestown(OH) and others.She is honest to the point of losing some $$ on her commission by assuring my family got the hose at a lower price during a negotiation.NEED I SAY MORE???
