When looking for a realtor there are certain aspects that you should look for aEURoeConnectedaEUR?, aEURoeHonestaEUR?, and aEURoeMotivatedaEUR?. When Tabitha reached out to me because she heard a rumor I was going to put a property on the market, I didnt think I was ready to sell. I had contractors scheduled to the tune of 4k to do additional work. Tabitha asked if she could show a couple of people the property before it was ready and I obliged. In short, she had a full asking price offer before the additional work was even started, making my net sale 4k more than I was going to ask. If your looking for a fast sale at a good price, you would do well to give her a callaEUR|.cant say enough about her.
