T.C. was born into a construction family specializing in housing developments and contracting. He and his family are long time residents of Snohomish County. T.C. began his entrepreneurial adventures in 1995 building and operating one of the top espresso drive-thru companies in the county with multiple locations. Beginning his real estate career back in 2001, T.C. dedicated himself to serving the wants and needs of all of his clients in the Snohomish County area. He sold his last espresso location in 2005 to fully focus on growing his successful real estate business.

T.C. currently lives in the Mill Creek/ Snohomish area with his wife Lauren of 20 years who teaches at Glacier Peak H.S., and their three daughters Lillian (16 yrs) and Maura (14 yrs.) and Audrey (10 yrs. ). Like making the perfect latte for his customers in the coffee business, T.C. pours himself into everything he does whether its his family or his customers. As a result of T.C.'s time and effort he is known as "a customer service expert," and strives to perpetuate 100% customer satisfaction with every transaction.

He and His family enjoy Traveling, Boating, Golfing, Skiing, Hiking, Camping, Gardening, Urban Farming and spending time at there lake house. The girls enjoy being involved in Girl Scouts and School Sports and in there free time enjoy voluteering at the Local Foods banks, Ronald McDonald house, Children's hospital and Homeless Shelters.
