ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed 5 different realtors to sell our property and we are so grateful we went with Tim. From our first meeting he demonstrated his marketing expertise, and just as importantly, his enthusiasm (which was sadly lacking in the other realtors). He did EVERYthing he said he would do, got us multiple offers and sold our house in record time. He always kept us informed, guided us through the escrow process and made the entire experience an upbeat, positive one. Look no further. This is the best real estate professional in Southern California. We can't thank you enough Tim!

ZillowVERIFIED This was the second Time we have worked with Tim. Tim is such a professional, kind, and hardworking agent. Tim is great with negotiation, has amazing communication skills, and is always available when needed. We have had such a good experience buying and selling our homes because of Tim and his team. I would recommend him to find your dream home, or sell any home.

ZillowVERIFIED Tim was absolutely amazing throughout our entire home buying process! As first time home buyers he was incredibly helpful with all our questions and educating us on the whole process. And when we went through some pretty rough issues with the title company and sellers he was an amazing advocate and was able to resolve a problem that was taking them over 3 weeks to fix in less than 2 days! This was our first house but it won't be our last and as long as Tim is selling, we will go to him for all our future needs and gladly recommend him to our friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED Tim has gone above and beyond the duties of your traditional Real Estate agent. He really became part of our family throughout the process of listing, showing and selling of our home. Though there were many roadblocks and times of discouragement, Tim stood behind us and never took a step back. He delivered great results and we recommend him to anyone who is looking to actively partner with their agent in the sale/purchase of a home. Thanks again Tim!

ZillowVERIFIED Tim Adams did such an amazing job selling my house in San Bernardino. He got a higher rate then what we asked for and pushed hard for a fast close. Easy to get a hold of and talk to also. He made the entire process fast and made us feel comfortable, even though we were always told selling a house is a very stressful thing. I would highly recommend him and have already had him sell some of my other friends houses.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a current home owner who also owns a single family rental property. I was looking at listings on Zillow to purchase an additional rental property. I clicked on a property that I was interested in, which put me in contact with Tim Adams. This is the most unprofessional agent/individual I have ever dealt with. During our first conversation he immediately tried to sell me on using his property management firm rather than asking about what I am looking for in a rental property. The next day I received a call from a lender that Tim gave my info to without my knowledge or consent. Tim would tell me he would get me information by a specific date, but I always had to reach out to him first. Due to all these factors, I sent Tim a text telling him that I no longer wanted to do business with him again. His reply text said "What agent worth their salt believes every Tom, Dick, and Harry that comes through the door? You probably can't afford a mobile home in Hong Kong" After sending that text, he obviously realized his error in judgment and texted "Just kidding! Sorry you had some inconvenience." I saved the text if anyone would like to see it.

ZillowVERIFIED Tim did an excellent job in helping us sell our home. We had problems with some buyers not qualifying and Tim took care of many details so that we sold our house for what we wanted. It was hard to stay patient but Tim supported us through the process. I appreciated Tim's knowledge of options to make our property attractive to buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED Tim helped us sell our home on a short sale. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding in this very stressful time for us. Tim marketed our home at a price that was fair market value, thus, the bank accepted the offer quickly. Tim kept us informed regularly. He always called us, about once a week, just to give us an update. We never had to call him to ask what was going on. When we do get to buy another house, Tim will be the realtor we choose.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Tim Adams was such a great experience. What a professional, patient, and above all honest person. Tim is one of those individuals that you want to work side by side with, he was quick to answer all of our questions and made sure he followed up with us throughout our real estate buy. We purchased our second home in the Verdemont area and we are thrilled to keep our kids at North Verdemont Elementary. Tim has many years of experience in real estate and it shows!
