Sylvia was just the agent I needed. She was very sensitive to my situation all the while being very professional. She went over and beyond in a number of ways in helping me ready the house for sale since I live out of town. Of special note, she had a shadow box made of a message written on a chalkboard wall in the house by my now deceased daughter to my 3 yr old granddaughter. True compassion. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars.
