ZillowVERIFIEDAmazing realtor! I originally chose another realtor, as I already found the house I wanted to buy. It was such a horrible experience, I fired them and was about to walk away from the house of my dreams.I decided to call Sylvia, as she was the listing agent. I'm so glad I did, as she was extremely professional, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond! She fairly represented both sides of the deal with the upmost integrity, morals and values!I cannot say enough of how Sylvia made lemons turn into lemonade for me!!!Thank you, Sylvia Hendrick!
ZillowVERIFIEDThis was my first home purchase and Sylvia greatly helped me through the entire process, from searching to closing, and made sure I knew what was going on. She also knows good people for home loans, inspections, and appraisals that were all very helpful and friendly to me, treating me as a friend they were doing something for and not just a customer that they need to get something done and over with.
ZillowVERIFIEDSylvia was very instrumental in assisting my family find sell our current home and find our forever home. Her knowledge base of the housing market is outstanding. She works diligently, putting in countless hours behind the scenes. Very personable and always available.
ZillowVERIFIEDSylvia was an expert in the area when it came to what is available and what the surrounding area has to offer. She is a very good negotiator when it comes to the sale or purchase of your home. With our home she SOMEHOW got us into the house with the first appointment available and we ended up purchasing the home! She is absolutely in the business to make her customers happy and we could not be happier we chose Sylvia Hendrick as our Realtor. I recommend you do the same!
ZillowVERIFIEDSylvia was very helpful walking through everything that i needed to know about selling my house. She was easy to get ahold of when i had a question. She was very patient with me and my underatanding of the market, took me to tour another house to get an idea of what mine would go for and all i had to do in the home to sell it. Very friendly.
ZillowVERIFIEDAlthough I did not buy the house, Sylvia very knowledgeable and helpful. She seems to go above and beyond for her clients. She told me ways to save money and made recommendations. Shes a great resource person too. Would highly recommend her to others. Easy to reach too.
