We submitted an online request for information on Top Realtors in the area. Sylvia contacted us almost immediately and gathered information as well as shared ideas regarding ways to market it. She had professional pics taken, made recommendations for staging it for showing and when it came to list it, we received a request at 9:00 a.m. for a showing at 1:00 p.m. and had a contract at 4:00 - on the same day it listed. She is amazing and we would highly recommend her over and over again!!!

ZillowVERIFIED The lovely Sylvia met with us regarding selling our home months before we were even going to list the home. She gave us her opinion regarding the possible sales price, which prompted us to do a LOT of renovations before we listed the home. Sylvia has intimate knowledge of the area and the market of the area we were selling. She was always there for us giving us advise and referrals, and really just being a friend during this long laborious time. Once we completed our renovations, pricing was again discussed, and we placed our home on the market. Three hours later we got our first offer! Go Sylvia! Once we accepted an offer the process was a breeze. We would absolutely work with Sylvia again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend her! Not only is she hard working and knowledgeable, but she is a kind hearted human - our open house was also used as a food drive for local people in need. I thought that was pretty amazing. Out of 5 stars she gets 10!

These are but a few highlights of my experience in working with Sylvia. When deciding to purchase a new property, timing would be critical as the sale of my current house would be needed to help with the transaction. Sylvia helped set things in motion to get my old house ready for sale, set up finance qualifications, work with title companies and all the hundreds of little things that need to be done to sell a house. On top of that, I wanted Sylvia to represent me as the buyers agent for a new property. Things moved slowly for a few months because the right house to move into just didn't seem to be out there. Then it happened, the perfect property became available and things needed to move forward quickly.Though all the preparation Sylvia had already put into place, my original home was sold quickly and without a hitch. Sylvia walked me through every step in posturing ourselves to purchase the new home. The calendar of events stayed right on schedule and the closing went smoothly. Looking back I don't know how she was able to coordinate so many intricacies and not have something fall out of place. Sylvia helped introduce me to the right people and companies that were best suited to help me make such an important move. Along the way she offered excellent guidance and was always concerned with what I was looking for, not what was just on the market at the time. She even immediately caught a paperwork error at the closing of the original house, which I had missed, that ultimately saved me hundreds of dollars.
