I always tell buyers to get fully pre-approved before starting the home search and to understand their true monthly payment, not just the purchase price. It is also important to stay open-minded, be prepared to act quickly when the right home comes up, and work with an agent who can guide you through inspections, negotiations, contingencies, and the overall process. My goal is to help buyers make a smart decision without feeling rushed or pressured.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

My advice to sellers is to prepare the home as much as possible before going on the market. Clean, declutter, make small repairs, and focus on first impressions because buyers make decisions quickly. Pricing is also very important. A well-priced home with strong marketing can attract more attention and stronger offers. I always help sellers understand the local market, their competition, and what improvements are worth doing before listing.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I have worked with first-time buyers, sellers, repeat clients, investors, families, out-of-area owners, probate/trust situations, and clients buying or selling second homes. I also have experience with homes that need preparation, cleaning, repairs, or extra hands-on help before going on the market. Every client has a different situation, so I focus on clear communication, honest guidance, and making the process feel less overwhelming.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

One recent transaction I am very proud of was a Torrance townhome where I represented the sellers. They had also previously purchased a home through me, so it meant a lot that they trusted me again with the sale. With strong preparation, pricing, marketing, and open house exposure, the property received excellent interest and sold for $116,000 over the list price within just a few days. It was a very rewarding transaction because I was able to help past clients achieve a great result and move forward with confidence.

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I got started in real estate because I have always loved helping people, homes, design, and problem-solving. Coming from Hungary and building my life in the U.S. taught me how important home really is, and I wanted a career where I could guide people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Real estate allows me to combine market knowledge, negotiation, creativity, and personal service in a way that feels meaningful.

Yes. I am a licensed California REALTOR® and I continue to stay educated on market trends, contracts, negotiations, disclosures, pricing, and local real estate conditions. I also have hands-on experience helping sellers prepare homes for the market, working through inspections, coordinating vendors, and guiding clients through escrow. My clients benefit from my attention to detail, strong communication, and my ability to make the process feel more manageable from beginning to end.
