Both I thought would be hard sells, but she came in, advised us what we needed to do and gave us her recommendation for sale price; the first home sold in 4 days and the 2nd home sold in 2 days. Amazing!Suzie also took as much time that we needed to find homes to purchase. She went above and beyond to get us set up for showings and worked diligently with the other agents to get contracts signed, inspections done and closings set up. She made herself available to us any time we had questions. She also recommended anyone we needed for repairs, inspection, etc.Suzie has been the best agent and I would highly recommend her to others. She works hard to buy and sell your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Hey YOU! You're taking the time to read my review, so I'll provide you with the intimate details of our experience with Suzie. First off, she has a 'z' in her FIRST name. I mean who do you know with a 'z' in their first name?! Zorro, Denzel, Ezekiel...awesome people, that's who! Secondly, she has the patience of a saint. Like an actual, God approved saint. She worked with us for 8 months until we found the perfect house. As she showed us each house we found her extremely knowledgeable on schools, proximity to parks, restaurants and shops, as well as concerns and benefits of each township. She also helped us post-closing with recommendations for local contractors and services. Being new in town, this was incredibly helpful. If you take away one thing from this review, let it be this...close your eyes and imagine your best friend helping you shop for a house, how he/she points out the things they know you like or dislike. How they would make suggestions with your best interest in mind. Now open your eyes, call Suzie and meet her for a coffee, and talk to your new best friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Suzie took a lot of time with my husband and I to find our happy home. We were interested in homes outside of the Springfield, IL area and she was willing to drive all over the countryside in the evenings after we got off work and on the weekends when were most available. Her communication was effective and we would hear back from her in less than 24 hrs. She also helped us find a solution to some work needed on the home that we purchased with the buyer and our bank.
