She is knowledge about the area, the housing market, and each home itself. She knows when to move forward and when to walk away. And timing is key. She will respect your wishes on every look. Unfortunately, my experience with Suzanne Valentin has been a nightmare. She became my property manager in December 2019 and has failed to effectively or efficiently manage the home. She continues to ignore serious requests pertaining to deficiencies within the home - some work orders remain outstanding following 92 days since initial report. In addition, I have hazardous mold growing in the home I am leasing, which remains unaddressed 43 days following initial report to Ms. Valentin. While she may be a good realtor, she is not an effective property manager.

Suzanne was amazing from start to finish. We only had one weekend to find a home and I had flew in from Tennessee to house hunt. Her extensive knowledge of the area was key as we had never been here before. Even with our tight timeline, she managed to handle everything perfectly which made things less stressful. Her real estate expertise was essential as we were unfamiliar with the cost of the area and what the norms were. I would say Suzanne went above and beyond what a normal Realtor is supposed to do for their clients. I will definitely recommend her to anyone moving to this area :)
