ZillowVERIFIED I interviewed a couple different agents before choosing Suzanne. She was well organized, displayed products, introduced her team and gave me honest feedback on what she felt that would help the sale of my home. I was able to get an offer after 1 day on the market! Miss Suzanne and Mr. Adam are a great team who has a great network as well. I would gladly use them again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I was interested in purchasing a house in Oak Grove. The House was a bit overpriced. After talking with Suzanne, she convinced me to let her negotiate this deal for me. I have to admit, I was impressed. I ended up buying the house at a lower price than I expected. Her and her staff were easy to work with, very knowledgeable and on top of everything. I wouldnt hesitate to use her again, and would recommend her to any of my friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne and Colton are a great team! Our process was moving much faster than we expected and the knowledge and efficiency of this team helped us to not feel stressed or hurried. They never failed to take the time to explain clearly where we were in the process, what to expect next, and what our options were. To go from list to close in less than a month doesn't just happen by chance. It takes an effective team of skilled professionals. We could not be more pleased.

ZillowVERIFIED Amazing!!! Suzanne and Colton were really tested on getting our closing done and THEY hit the mark! I can tell you that having the RIGHT realtors matters and some deals will fall thru if not with THE RIGHT REALTORS. Both have such a ease about them that things are easily discussed. Both kept us informed on showings and opinions. Very positive and encouraging from the moment they listed our home. Didnt try to get us to do tons of upgrading and then sell it too cheap, like some realtors do. We felt like both worked for The interests of US the whole time. Colton took the most amazing pictures of our home weve ever had. Most of all we got full asking price!! Top notch in every way!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were contacted by Suzanne with no prior knowledge of her real estate experience. She impressed us immediately with her personable style and willingness to go the extra mile for us in selling our home. In less than three weeks, we had a signed contract for our house. Along the way, Suzanne and her assistant Colton were very responsive to our questions and concerns. We not only found a smart and dependable realtor in Suzanne during the process; we also made a wonderful new friend. We recommended her to our neighbor who was considering a move, and he made the wise decision to go with her. She sold his house in three days.

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne was quick to see to things as soon as I asked her for assistance in this transaction of my new home. We saw the house just after Christmas and closed on Jan 31st! She is extremely professional and spends time to make sure that all elements of the transaction are met. She has a sense of urgency that I haven't seen from many in this business! I wouldn't suggest any other realtor but her!

ZillowVERIFIED As a 1st time Homeownwer, I didn't know which realtor to trust, who would be patient, or who would help. Looking for the right realtor, is like interviewing a candidate for a job. I spoke with like 4 realtors & Suzanne was the 5th. She introduced herself on Thursday (Keep in mind it was New Year's weekend; a holiday) she set up an appointment to meet me Friday, & we went house shopping Saturday. I knew when I met her face to face, she was the perfect realtor. She made me feel comfortable, at ease, relaxed, & most of all confident. She showed us around Petal, she discussed everything we needed to know. She made the process of buying a home much easier than I thought. I was blessed with Suzanne! I didn't have to stress myself or worry about anything. She had EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL. Well known, very organized, committed, & understanding. A people's person with a very friendly personally. Thank you for being there every step of the way! The best Realtor I ever met. Me, Paul, & Malachi appreciate you! We're happy in our new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne is an excellent and caring realtor, who is very knowledgeable when it comes to the property and housing market. She knows what customers want and expect to see when they walk into a house. On her first visit to my house, she provided me with advice on several small things (rugs, paint colors, arrangement of furniture), which changed the look of my house in a big way. These details weren't provided to me when I previously attempted to sale my home with someone else (different realtor), who didn't make the recommendations, and left my house unsold. After she photographed my house, using top notch photography equipment, she had my house under contract within (4) hours of it being listed on the market. The first clients she brought forth were great people and our home met their expectations. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sale a home or property. She will definitely go above and beyond to meet your expectations, and I've thanked the friend who referred me to her countless times.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Suzanne, she is amazing she knows exactly what her clients are looking for. We did not have such a good experience with our previous relator and decided to switch to Suzanne, she came in set our minds at ease, made the process much less stressful and give us very helpful pointers on what we needed to do to be prepared for prospective buys. Suzanne had our house on the market by 11am and sold by 5pm. Me and my husband where thrilled she is a go getter and listens to you on what your goal for selling a home is. She is incredibly sweet, kind, professional, and smart at what she does. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. She will get the job done and make the process fun and easy going, you don't ever have to worry about no communication she is always prompt to respond. Looking for a relator call Suzzane Stockstill.
