ZillowVERIFIEDI had the absolute pleasure of working with Suzanne Polino. Ive had numerous house purchases and sales at this point in my life. Typically, you know someone in your local area, and the experience is good enough. When moving to a new area, how do you really know who to pick or if they are good at what they do? As my past included a real estate agent girlfriend who was at the top of the industry, I knew the extra things the great ones do to ensure a seamless experience for the client. I tried to apply what I knew about the mindset that all superior agents possess as I researched name after name. I got to Suzys profile and immediately had a hunch that she was the rock star I was looking for. I love it when I'm right, as my wife tells me its not often. Quite simply, it was the greatest experience from beginning to end of any real estate buy or sell Ive ever been involved with. Suzy is on top of every detail and misses nothing. She is thinking about things that quite possibly never even entered your mind. As we settled into the process and gained a comfort level with Suzanne, she kicked it into another gear. From helping us with the best opening offer to how she worded repair requests to the current owner, we were able to save significant money. Much of what she found in our extensive inspection report, I doubt I would have even noticed. Suzanne read every word of it. There is never a moment when Suzanne is not taking notes. Often, we would look at a property, and Suzanne would be off writing things down, taking pictures, looking for issues, and just being your everything in the home-buying process. Once an offer is accepted, Suzanne stays on top of the entire timeline and everything that needs to get done. While our heads were spinning, Suzy was organizing, scheduling, and communicating with every entity in the closing process to ensure there were no miscommunications and we got to the closing table without issue. Suzanne works tirelessly for her clients, loves what she does, and it shows. There are a lot of good real estate agents. There are very few great ones. If you are moving from elsewhere, and throwing darts just like I was, Suzanne Polino is the Bulls Eye!

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne is one of the best real estate agents I have ever worked with. I have sold many of my own properties over the years and have actually been a realtor in the Northern Virginia area in the past. Suzanne is very intelligent and knows the market well. She does her research thoroughly and is able to suggest the best way forward to obtain your goals. She is very responsive to every inquiry you have, and she is patient in explaining the answers. Suzanne is very pleasant to work with even as she works tirelessly to complete her jobs to either sell your property or find you a new home. Yes we highly recommend Suzanne Polino. You will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne and Joey were both very pleasant and professional. We made an instant connection with them. They took the time to listen to what our needs and wants were in terms of a home and only brought us to homes that fit our desires. They are very knowledgeable about the area and were more than happy to answer any questions we had as newcomers to Coastal Carolina. They showed us around and recommended places we might like to visit. Our entire experience with Suzanne and Joey was positive!

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Suzanne Polino! She is so knowledgeable about the area we were interested in and listened to our wants and needs to know exactly what we wanted. We spent the weekend looking and on the morning we were leaving town we received a call from Suzanne saying a property had just come on the market that she thought we should see. She met us at the property and it was perfect for us. We put an offer on it within an hour and she submitted it. On our drive home Suzanne called to tell us our offer was accepted. We love it! Truly, we cannot say enough good things about Suzanne Polino!

ZillowVERIFIED We began our search for a new home in NC in August 2019. We were retiring and relocating from Cambridge, MA to NC. Coincidentally our search brought us to Suzanne Polino, who was also from MA.Our process to sell our business, our building and buy in NC took longer than expected due to Covid-19. We had our moments when we were unsure if this would happen.Suzanne stuck with us through it all. She made us aware of a "Covid-19 extension" for NC realtors. Because of this we ultimately were able to close on our beautiful new home.Suzanne was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, professional and personable. We highly recommend her as your realtor.

We selected Suzanne as she was the most professional and seemed most interested in delivering results. We are super happy with the decision we made as she helped navigate the process from start to finish. We got an early offer below what we were seeking and she wisely guided us to wait for the 'right' offer in this market. Within 90 days, we have sold the market at a fair price. She not only familiarized us with the area but with the communities as well, finding the perfect fit for us. She listened to all of our requests for the perfect vacation home and gave us many options to see. ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed several realtors and felt Suzanne was the perfect person to sell our home. She was very thorough and had our listing on MLS with amazing speed. The listing was perfect and portrayed our home exactly as we discussed. The photos were phenomenal!! Suzanne recommended a higher list price than other agents. We followed her advice and she got full asking price at the first showing. If we has selected another realtor we wouldve left tens of thousands on the table at closing. If selling, Suzanne will always work in your best interests to get the price you want. If you are buying a home she is a skilled negotiator who will make your next purchase a reality.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently decided it was time for me to retire and for us to move to North Carolina. By chance we contacted Ms Polino to represent us as buyers. Suzanne was the shining star of everyone we dealt with in selling a home in another state, moving, searching for and buying in the area where we now live. She guided us in our search here which included coaching us on situations that we would never have known about. Suzanne was also able to represent us to the builder with results of more options and price reduction we could not have done on our own. To say Ms Polino exceeded our expectations cannot begin to cover how we feel about this true professional realtor and person.
