ZillowVERIFIEDI just closed on my home with the Fulkerson Group, and I honestly couldnt be more grateful for the experience. Ursula Ramos, my realtor, was absolutely incredible. She was patient, understanding, and always one step ahead, making sure I knew exactly what to expect. What I really liked while working with Ursula was how knowledgeable she was of not only the homes we were looking at, but everyone involved in the home buying process. She had contacts for everything which was so comforting to know that I was receiving the best service. One thing that really stood out to me was all the step-by-step videos and guidance I received along the way. I never felt confused or overwhelmed, they walked me through everything in a way that made me feel confident and supported from beginning to end. It really showed how much they care about the people theyre helping, not just the transaction. I'm truly thankful for such a thoughtful and hardworking team. Ursula made this experience smooth, stress-free, and even exciting. I would recommend the Fulkerson Group to anyone without a second thought. They are genuinely good people who know what theyre doing, and I'm so grateful I got to work with them.

ZillowVERIFIED Ive known Brett for a good portion of my life so when my husband and I started looking for our house, I knew who to talk to. Buying a home can be extremely stressful and hard to navigate but with Brett it was worry and hassle free. He was always so quick to answer the phone or a message even when it was later in the night or on the weekends. We have already said that when we buy again we will be going with him. We appreciate all of the hard work that Brett and the Fulkerson Group did for our family.

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne has been our realtor twice now, we?ve been on both the buying & selling side of real estate with her. She has taken us under her wing & answered any questions we?ve ever had! We could literally call or text her (or any member of the team!) any time and she always helped with whatever our concerns or questions were. She eased any worries we had especially being first timers for both buying & selling! We LOVE The Harbin Team!!!!!??

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne Fulkerson is absolutely amazing! She walked my wife and I through our first home buying experience and she made it a breeze. We found our first house while still being stationed in the UK and she made sure we where up to date with everything that was going on with our house, and also went through all our paperwork with us so we knew exactly what we where signing every step of the way.

ZillowVERIFIED This was the absolute best experience we could?ve had. We were first time homebuyers and Suzanne was so patient and informative. She listened to our wants and needs and was honest with us as well. ZillowVERIFIED I met Suzanne Fulkerson through a colleague recommendation. I was hoping to find a house since my family is moving to Abilene and will stay with me. Suzanne, without a doubt directed me to find a house that I would love to have and she helped me all the way to get it as quick as possible. She was super quick and helpful with my needs and inquiries. I would say that all the crew under her team was readily available to respond to my inquiries and concern. ZillowVERIFIED As soon as I heard the first word came out of this fine lady?s lips I?m sure she?s great, trustworthy and very reliable realtor and I wasn?t wrong about my first impression of her. Suzanne and her team made it all easy for me and my husband, from the first time we sat down and talked about our thoughts of what our likes and not, and as a first time home buyers, with her guidance and expertise we landed exactly to what our hearts really wanted a so called HOME. It is really no joke at all to buy a house but with great people around you who educate, help, and respect you things will surely work smoothly... To Suzzane and her team we are very thankful and grateful for y?all hard work. Love you guys!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED she is like wonder woman. she knows her craft very well. she knows what a first time house buyers needs to make their anxiety goes down and feel at ease. I remember what she told me, if things are getting vague and you feel that things are falling apart, just send her a message and she will give you an update on your purchase. she has a good working relationship with the house builder and the lender that I was working with. She is truly the best. I have met a realtor before her which just ignored me and did not send any follow ups that is why I know she is above and beyond. I think I am the 4th person within my co workers who purchased a house thru her.she makes everything easy

ZillowVERIFIED We were first time home buyers who were able to accomplish buying an amazing home with the expertise and assistance provided by Suzanne Fulkerson. Before even showing us any properties she made sure to provide us a Home Buyers Guide and explained the basics to us and never hesistated to answer any question we had accurately, professionally and in a timely manner. We were able to utilize the property matrix to help us preview properties that matched the criteria we provided and then arrange opportunities to view the houses. Suzanne was in constant contact and by our sides at all showings, meetings and at closing. I have recommended her to other people interested in buying a home and I will continue sing her praises! We now have our first home purchased and it was with great ease and confidence!
