ZillowVERIFIEDWhat a pleasure it was to work with Suzan! She is knowledgeable, responsive, patient and not pushy! She showed us land and homes in many places around Arnold and Pioneer for months until we found the right place for us. She was always super helpful and we appreciated her feedback with comments even pros and cons of properties (what real state agent is honest in this world?! Suzan!!). She is such a talented professional that we recommended her to friends and all of them that have worked with her were impressed and appreciative of her skills and the fact that she is not pushy, shares her knowledge and if theres something she does not have clear, she lets you know that too. You know you are in good hands working with her! Also she has lived in the area many years so that makes it a totally different experience as well when sharing about the local towns. She is AMAZING!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Suzan was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She always went the extra mile to show us properties. She always had more than three houses to show us when we came up. She also went in knee deep snow to show us houses. Thank you for all you have done.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife & I were in contract on a piece of land that Suzan had shown us. After negotiating the deal and working with the listing agent, we were in the 11th hour, and were due to close. That's when my wife and I were crunching the numbers and realized that this deal wouldn't work for us. I really hated to have to make that call to Suzan, especially after all her hard work. Suzan being the professional that she is, said that she understood and was sorry that it wouldn't work out. My wife and I would recommend Suzan to anyone who is buying or selling and wants an honest & hard working agent on their side.
