ZillowVERIFIEDSusie did an outstanding job helping me sell my condo quickly in Clinton Township. I was in a situation where I had a double mortgage until I sold the condo (purchased a new home in December/relocated for work near Kalamazoo). Susie was extremely helpful and responsive to my concerns and needs. We sold the condo fast and Susie took care of all of the details remotely. Friendly, upbeat, professional and caring. I would not hesitate to call Susie again for a sale or purchase. My full recommendation to anyone looking for a real estate agent who takes the time to listen to client ideas and is willing to try new ideas to make her clients happy. Great advice always given! Susie is super responsive to texts and emails, and I felt 100% comfortable working with her. Very easy to talk to, great personality and built a lasting professional relationship (also a friendship)!
ZillowVERIFIEDGood experience working with Susie. She was flexible when it came to last minute changes for scheduled property visits. She is knowledgeable and can definitely use her suggestions to make a decision for buying right property.
ZillowVERIFIEDSusie Surma is an amazing Realtor!! I lived in CA and had to see houses via live feed on the phone. We both chose houses to view based on my requests. After seeing many homes, we finally found one! Both of us knew the minute Susie entered the house that it was exactly what I was looking for. I love my house!!! It is warm and homey. Thank you Susie for your dedication, patience and time in finding just the right home!!
