ZillowVERIFIED We recommend Susie all the way for a real estate agent. She took the time and answered all are questions witch we had a thousand of them. She tried to get us the best deal working with bankers going well beyond what was needed as a real estate agent. We wanted to locate in a good area and kept changing are mind, telling her we wanted to look at this house and then decide that was not the one for us after she had already set a time to show us. She stuck with us all the way through everything paper work and all. If you want an awesome real estate agent to work with go with Susie. She is totally AWESOME.

ZillowVERIFIED Susie is the most fantastic realtor that I have ever met! I had so many problems finding the perfect house, but Susie was so great at showing me literally every single house that could potentially work for us. Finally we got the perfect house for us in which they cancelled 11 other showings for the next day so that we could buy the house. Susie was never pushy-- She always showed us things in every house that would need fixed or that were inconvenient, which saved us from making many bad purchases. She would also tell us when houses were overpriced or not worth it. She genuinely wanted us to find the perfect house and she would do anything to rearrange her schedule to show us houses. And the biggest thing ever is that she was so so patient with us and with my mother who constantly called her and made her life very difficult. And an extra bonus is that Susie is so much fun to be around and she turned into a really great friend.

ZillowVERIFIED If you want to buy a house, you gotta go with Susie. She is a very kind, knowledgeable and professional with the work she does. The market has its ups and downs but she will stick with you until the end. If she hadnt been my agent, I probably would have ended up renting again and dealing with another landlord. But that wasnt the case, she helped me find a great house in a great area that literally met all my needs. Im very sure she can help you too. ZillowVERIFIED Susie Herselius is a great negotiator. Ive purchased 5 houses from Susie in the last year (2014 and 2015) and she is knowledgeable, available and gets the closings done fast. I would not use any other realtor after working with Susie. I can always get a hold of her, ask questions and she is always looking out for the sellers or buyers depending upon who is hiring her. Susie was not only there to answer all of our questions, she was also very good at getting things done. Through every step of the process she was vital, from providing general advice to making the right calls at the right times. Her previous experience with the financing process proved invaluable in our decisions, and also gave us a noticeable edge when dealing with the banks. I cant imagine the process going any smoother without her willingness to contact the right people and ask the right questions. I cant say that buying a home is easy, but I can say that Susie made it ten times easier than it could have been. I would recommend her because throughout the process she had my families best interest in mind and that made all the difference. If you are looking for a realtor to be in your corner, I would recommend her wholeheartedly. You would be hard pressed to find a realtor who will go to bat for you the way that she did so for us.
