ZillowVERIFIED We bought a home with this group, but her recommend realtor on the Susie O. Johnson team wasn't very thorough with the sales contract and she also never went to the home or closing. As a result, after moving in, we noticed some of the repairs were never done. We also later realized some of the repairs were done by the sellers instead of licensed contractors. The contract stated only licensed contractors were to do repairs. It took almost 6 months of hassle to get some resolution. Lots of back and forth with the sellers, contractors, realtors, lawyers. No fun, and a huge loss of time and some money. Also, don't use her realtor moving van. There is either no trip protection, or none was offered. We got some scratches on the advertising graphics, and we had to pay almost $1000 to have it fixed. A very expensive 1-mile move!

ZillowVERIFIED Susie and her team are great! My mom had a rental home in Overland we rehabbed. Susie came in during the rehab to give us some tips on getting it ready. After 6 months of work we were ready to sell. Susie's team got it listed right away and had a contract on it two days later! The photographer Josh did an awesome job with the photos. Diane was extremely helpful and patient as we worked through some things before closing. Overall the experience was great and we'll be calling them when my mom is ready to sell another of her rentals! We highly recommend the Susie O. Johnson team to anyone looking to sell and/or buy!!
