ZillowVERIFIED Susie worked hard to sell a house for my father. Even though the first two offers fell through because of the buyers finances, she kept a positive attitude and delivered on the third time through.

ZillowVERIFIED Susie handled the sale of my house in a very professional manner. She worked with me to get it sold as soon as possible. This was extremely impressive as I live out-of-state and the house was a rental for quite some time.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Susie was phenomenal. She knows the area and is an expert in the market. She helped us buy our house four years ago and it was such a great experience that we didn?t want to go with anyone else to sell our house. I 100% recommended Susie if you are looking to buy or sell your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Susie was truly amazing for us. Our house was one of those that just didnt want to be sold. We had weird well issues that took contractor after contractor to fix, plumbing issues, etc etc etc. Susie was leading the way the whole time! Even with all the COVID crazy going on Susie was right there with us getting us through all the changes regulations. I really cant thank Susie enough for all the work she put in. I have recommended her to a bunch of friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Susie was very professional and responsive. Whenever I had questions, she would get back to be within the hour. We also had some items in the house that the new buyer didnt want. Susie made arrangements to have those items moved and was able to donate them to people who really needed them. As the homeowner who doesnt live in area, she made the process of selling a house from a distance easy. I would highly recommend Susie as your real estate agent!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I are so happy to have found Susie as our realtor. This is now the third property that she has helped us purchase. She is highly knowledgeable about the market trends, local ordinances and the process. When we list our current home it will be with Susie. We have purchased and sold thirteen homes over forty years due mostly job transfers and Susie is the finest realtor we have had the privilege to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Susie Mohlman really listened and executed the sale exactly how we requested. She provided a well documented market study that helped us set the price at a point that we didn?t second guess during negotiations. She had great suggestions on how to present the house but didn?t ask us to fix a lot of things. Her marketing was perfect and the house sold in under three days. We were grateful that Susie and her strong back-up team handled everything for us locally, since we live out of town. We were highly impressed by Susie and strongly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED We had tried to sell our home with two other realtors and were not impressed with their service or lack of concern. Having heard many good things, from our son and others, about Susie Mohlman we decided to ask her about listing our home and outer buildings. One of the outer buildings was our previous commercial catering kitchen which made selling our home a little more complicated. Susies attention to detail, work ethics, and promptness, all the way to the end of the sale of our home, were appreciated by both my wife and myself.

ZillowVERIFIED Realtor was: receptive to our thoughts, realistic on market values, and gave experienced feedback on offers and how addressable issues could impact our home sale. Susie has a passion for the area as well as a desire to be the best realtor in the district. Our home sale process was made easy by her ability to setup: inspections, viewings, and contractors. Bottom line, if you are looking to buy or sell in the Jackson Northwest area it would be in your better interest to select Susie Mohlman.

ZillowVERIFIED She was professional and very helpful. Id like to say I did try out a couple other agents and I came back to her. The knowledge she Hass of structural based knowledge on homes far surpassed my expectations. She went the extra mile for me and was always on top of it. She stuck in there with me for over 6 months. When the going gets rough she gets tougher. She has your back. Thanks again.
