ZillowVERIFIEDSusie is the most caring, knowledgeable, responsible agent ever. She is absolutely professional, on time, and super nice. That was my first experience and one of the BEST experience. I highly recommend her to friends & family. She always have smile on her face, she is extremely prompt, and stays on top of the market and comes up with ideas of ways we could pursue properties even when they didnt seem possible. Thank you very much Susie for all your help & efforts. You are AMAZING!!

Susie and Jhon were a great team! I'd highly recommend them to list your property as they work together to make sure YOU get the best deal. In my case, the buyers agent was incredibly "high maintenance" and at times very unreasonable. Susie & Jhon navigated this difficult situation seamlessly as well as attaining a backup offer just in case negotiations went south. These realtors truly have YOUR best interest at heart.

I knew shortly after our initial meeting that Susie was the perfect agent in whom to rely on to sell my unit. I was absolutely correct. Information upfront about comps with which she was familiar, and an immediate suggestion for a listing price . Every issue that arose during the seller/buyer phase was immediately addressed along with offering to physically assist me with any fix up issues that arose. Susie made the entire process seem easy and she was with me up to and including the closing. Thank you Susie !

Although I know Susie has many clients, I always felt like I was her first priority. She was responsive, supportive, and a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend her to anyone, and wouldn't buy/sell a house without her in the future.

Susie was amazing! As a first time homebuyer I felt a little overwhelmed by the process at times but Susie was great about explaining everything and I never felt like she was trying to influence me one way or another. She is a knowledgeable, professional resource and I am happy to refer anyone I know to her!
