ZillowVERIFIEDSusie is great! As first time home buyers, it was a very scary process to say the least. Susie constantly went to bat for us, and made sure that our best interests were always first priority. I would definitely go with Susie again for our next home!

ZillowVERIFIED From start to finish our experience with Susie was amazing! She worked diligently to get us through as easy and stress free as possible. She provided a lot of insight and information along the way. She communicated with us constantly and was always available/ reachable which was a big deal for us. All and all she has a fun loving personality and we really enjoyed being around her and working with her. She provides a great sense of security and protection. She treated buying our home as if she was buying hers. Thanks Susie! We love our first home!

ZillowVERIFIED Susie was very helpful in our house selling and house buying process. The house selling process was quick and easy for us, susie took care of everything and got us a better deal than we had originally hoped for! In the house buying process she worked endlessly to find us the home we dreamed of, negotiating with the selling agent and giving my fiancA(C) and I advice along the way through the negotiation process. Ultimately, her advise, expertise, and hard work is what got us our new home! We could not be any happier! Would recommend Susie Dunning to anyone buying or selling!

ZillowVERIFIED Susie did a fantastic job understand our wants and locating exactly what we wanted. This took quiet some time as we were VERY particular. She never lost patience or waisted our time trying to push something that was not specifically what we had requested. She also sold our house. Again nailed it. Had multiple offeres at asking price within days of listing. She made the entire process very painless and fast.

ZillowVERIFIED Susie helped us sell our home and purchase our new home. She was always so great with showing us houses we were interested in and making her schedule open to accommodate ours! We often looked at the same homes multiple times and Susie never made us feel like we were "wasting" her time, in fact she assured us over and over that she understood what a big decision it was we were making! Susie was very honest and helpful when it came to selling our home, we sold in 10 days with full price offers (she knows her stuff)! If or when we move again she will be my first call!

ZillowVERIFIED Susie was great. After looking at a few homes, she knew my likes and dislikes. She steered me away from homes she knew I wouldn't like, which saved me time finding the home I actually fell in love with and bought. She stayed in my price range. She was honest and up front. Very knowledgeable and friendly. She has already help my Sister-in-law and two other friends of mine sell and buy homes. I do highly recommend Susie Dunning for your next real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Susie is the best relator I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is hard working and trust worthy. She really cares about those she helps. It's not just about selling/buying houses, it's helping people. She got me an amazing deal when I recently bought a home. Plus she has sold three of my friends/family members homes. Simply, the best

ZillowVERIFIED Susie is knowledgeable, professional, courtious and trustworthy. She will go out of her way to fulfill her clients needs and to make the transaction as easy as possible. She didn't hesitated one bit and drove all the way down South to check out the property for me which I had only seen on the web for sale. At home, she came several times out to my house to explain the buying process, sign papers when needed and was always there to answer any questions and concerns that I might had. I picked Susie for her professionalism, expertise, integrity and trustworthiness. I highly recommend Susie Dunning to anyone for their real estate needs.Sincerely,Lilo Harms

ZillowVERIFIED We bought our present home from a person (Shawnna Weber) represented by Susie Dunning and were so impressed at how well she represented the seller that we chose to use her as our realtor in the process. Susie was on the ball all the way through the sale and the escrow process with us! Susie has also helped us by helping our grandson find a home to buy. Susie is now helping our daughter find a home to purchase. I recommended Susie to my best friend, and will continue to recommend her! Virginia Marion

ZillowVERIFIED Susie was very patient and took extra time with us to find our first home. When we found our dream home, it was listed as a short sale over our budget. The negotiation and processing of the sale took extra time, however her confidence and patience helped ease our minds thru the process. We have been in our home for three years now and keep recommending her to others because she has a helpful, no pressure style, and really seems to care for her clients.
