Rachel is an incredible real estate agent and person to work with for the sale or purchase of a home. We hadn't sold a home in a long time, and Rachel was happy to meet with us for an initial discussion, to which she came prepared with documents, net sheets, and information relevant to our needs. Additionally, she took the time to walk through our home and explain the next steps for how we'd prepare and move forward. We decided to quickly list our home, and Rachel had everything to support us ahead of schedule (including assisting with the staging of our home). With every step and question, she communicated right away, and we always felt at ease and in great hands. As offers came in, she met with us to clarify our questions and share any functional guidance. Once we accepted an offer and began the sale, Rachel continued with effective communication with all parties, making the sale of our home proceed as hoped. I can't say enough great things about Rachel. When my Mom passed away, we turned to her to help us navigate the complexities of selling her home during probate.
