ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were first time home buyers and the entire process felt scary and overwhelming. Susan helped us get through that rather quickly. She didn't show us anything out of our budget and quickly got to know our taste. She didn't waste our time showing us things we couldn't afford or didn't like. The home we ended up choosing needed a repair before we could close. Susan called several local companies to collect quotes for the repair but then handed the information to us to allow us to research and make the right decision without her influence. This was incredibly helpful as our work schedules made all these calls nearly impossible. When scheduling viewings, she always responded within 24 hours, usually less, even on a Saturday night. We are incredibly happy in our home and appreciate all of Susan's humor, flexibility and knowledge of the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan is a WINNER! If you are thinking of using anyone else, stop where you are. We just worked with Susan on our first home purchase, and it became a little complicated. Susan is THE reason we made it through and have the home of our dreams. She has an incredible knowledge of the home purchasing process and markets, is excellent at judging the the tastes of her clients and asked questions of sellers that we never thought to ask. She was highly responsive to any question we had and is very hard working, she would often answer us after hours and on weekends. Because she has been in the business so long, she can reccommend great people for appraisals and anything else you need. Best of all, she is a lovely person and you feel like you are working with a friend. We could go on and on. If you are looking for a home, you want Susan in your corner!

Susan asked me many questions and got to know and understand my current situation, which was a little complicated, and matched me with just the right homes. She was always available at any time and ready and eager to meet me when I was interested in seeing a property. She understood how time was of the essence. The third house I saw was my dream home. Immediately she went into action and put my offer in, kept in touch and updated me every step of the way. The owner of this property accepted another offer but when that fell through Susan worked on it that night and got my paperwork in. ZillowVERIFIED I was selling my home, and I saw that Susan Wynne was the realtor on another home on my street, so I took the chance and called her. She came over even though the house would not be completed for listing for approximately two or three more weeks. She went through what would be appealing to a home buyer, and it was very in expensive. She was ready available anytime I called her, but most importantly she was very professional at all times, and she never took my husband and I for granted. I will never forget my home was listed on a Thursday 1st week in February and the third week on a Thursday we had an offered that was accepted because we had several more. The rest was history and we closed at the end of May 2017. Whatever, arouse Sue was there to keep everything on track, and I know she has been in this business for over 20 years, but she acted like it was her first rodeo. We have purchased another home out of state, but we at this time will keep our home in NY, but Susan will be the first one we call if we decide to sell.
