ZillowVERIFIEDWhat a pleasure it was working with Sue Turnbull from start to finish in the purchasing of our home. From the start she was Johnny on the spot with any and all new listings popping up in our parameters. Always willing to take us on a showing ASAP! Once we found "The" home she helped us make just the right offer and never missed a detail through the entire closing process. Could not speak more highly! Would recommend 100%!

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Turnbull is excellent. Our 15 year old home was used as a rental before we decided to sell. Her advice and attention to detail guided us through the "sprucing up" process. The vendors she recommended for painting, cleaning, etc were all first class. Her leadership after we listed helped us received a FULL PRICE offer. Our home was only on the market 2 weeks. Her communication throughout was consistent and on point! If you have the chance to work with Sue, hire her!!

ZillowVERIFIED I was first introduced to Susan when I moved to Florida and was searching for my "perfect home". It was intended to be my forever home, but we know forever, isn't always forever. She assisted me with exceptional patience and found the home that when I walked in it took my breath away. She knew me like no one could possibly. When I recently found myself having to make the difficult decision to sell and move across country, it was Susan who I turned to without any hesitation. She sold my home in under 4 days obtaining multiple offers and closed within 30 days. Granted we all want more than what we truly can obtain in a sale but if I have learned anything from Susan, it was to trust her. She becomes a partner in the experience and is honest to the core. I only wish I could have her with me when again someday I search for that "forever" home, because she is forever the best in the business! Hands down, no question, I'd recommend contacting her!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan EXCEEDED our expectations! Her photographer took amazing photos of our home. The minute our home went online, we had 3 showings the very first day. Her advice regarding the price paid off big time!! By day 3 we had multiple offers. 4 solid offers ALL ABOVE asking price!! We got 13K over asking, ALL CASH!! Even as her home was hit hard by storm, ours did not. She made sure we closed on time, while she still had no power. We cannot say enough about her dedication to her clients!!! We love You, Sue. Thank YOU, for making our dream to head home to Texas to our families come true!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED She sold our home in two weeks. We loved this home and enjoyed living in it. Oh and yes she sold us this home and sold the larger home we had before this and that home sold just before the real estate crash. She is a professional. She pays attention to detail and great at problem solving and I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I have recommended and continue to recommend Susan Turnbull from Swann & Associates as the consummate realtor. She is available and approachable, and extremely knowledgable about the DeLand area. She has many resources at her disposal and will offer only the best to fit your situation. After speaking with my husband and I about what we were looking for in a home (a place for our GSD and Daniff to play among other requests), Sue chose options that were true contenders (based on what the market had to offer) and within five or six home viewings, my husband and I found our new home. She remained in contact with us throughout the home-buying process without being obtrusive. Also, she kept in contact with other entities required in this process to make sure that all parties were on the same page and everything was moving forward. We were so impressed with Sue's ability that we recommended her services to our friends and they will be closing on their new home in the middle of the month. I truly value our experience with Sue so much that I consider her a friend. Your interests are her interests when it comes to finding your next home.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan Turnbull is extremely professional and was very helpful with our purchase of a home in Deland, Florida. We contacted Sue while living overseas when we spotted a home that we were interested in due to its location and price. Sue acted as our eyes and ears before we could arrive and personally inspect the property. As such, we knew it was worth our while to make the trip to purchase the home. Before and after our arrival, Sue was very thorough and informative about the property itself and what steps would be necessary to complete the purchasing process. She was very prompt to answer whatever questions we had and to address all our concerns. Without reservations, I would have Susan Turnball assist us in a future real estate transaction and would likewise recommend her to friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Sue Turnbull is a real team player, she is professional, responsive, kind, patient, caring, reputable, honest, willing to bend where needed, the kind of person I would love to have as a friend. In addition, she communicated daily as we were nearing the time for closing to make sure we were ok and gave us an update on where things stood. This was a very difficult sale as the buyer was purchasing using a VA loan and there were so many hoops to jump through on the part of both the seller and buyer. Extremely nerve racking and Sue was with us every step of the way explaining in detail what was going on and the process that VA required. She was so patient with us as we were becoming more anxious about whether it would close or not.

ZillowVERIFIED In my opinion, the highest referral that I could ever give anyone would be if that person met all my expectations. Sue Turnbull has exceeded those expectations in all areas of our recent real estate transaction plus she is a genuinely fabulous human being, traits not easily found these days. Thank you Sue, you're the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Sue Turnbull did a fantastic job of finding our home and also selling my husband's home. We had a specific time frame that we needed to find, buy and be moved in. I am sure we were a little stressed out during the whole process. She went above and beyond working with us, taking us out to see homes and helping us understand all the terms (real estate lingo). She aided us into winning a "multiple bid" situation and we really appreciated her commitment and knowledge through that stressful time. She was wonderful to work with and would definitely highly recommend her in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Sue was very professional and patient Realtor. Her knowledge on the entire process of putting the home on the market to closing was extensive and our experience with her was a pleasure. We had a couple of challenging moment as our first two contracts was cancelled at the last minute in a row. Still Sue's follow up action was prompt, honest, and straightforward so that we would not waste our time. At the end, we made the right decision to work with her though we had other choices on Realtor nearby. Sue's office is not too close to our location, but on the first impression she made, we knew she is the agent for us. You will not be disappointed by her job. I would recommend Ms. Susan Turnbull to any of my friends with 200% confidence!!

ZillowVERIFIED I have dealt with several realtors in Deland, yet chose Susan simply because of the way she and Swann and Associates presented themselves online--knowledgeable, professional, and effective. Susan exceeded those expectations. At the time I had my finger on the pulse of the market, and had looked at dozens of homes on my own. Yet, after only a few house visits with Susan, she was able to pinpoint my preferences better than I could, and found me the diamond in the ruff. Thanks to her I'm now living in the perfect house, in the perfect location.

ZillowVERIFIED Sue helped me and my husband sell our home in Deland, Florida. We had to do the whole transaction long distance since we live on the west coast. Susan was very helpful right from the time we signed up with her and even after the transaction was done and we needed paper work for doing our taxes. We had to do some work on the house before we sold it and she helped us coordinate with the local vendors. She also gave us good advice on the pros and cons for the different offers that we got for our home.I would highly recommend Sue if you are looking to buy or sell your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan was referred to me as a realtor with experience, trustworthiness and knowledge. I contacted her by phone to list a second home and our entire transaction occurred without meeting her face-to-face until closing. She was dependable with a keen sense of the market. Susan was also prompt returning calls and e-mails. Her professionalism was refreshing. I'd strongly recommend her as the best in her area.
