We were not set on looking to move at the time we met Susan Thompson at a local Open House. However, we loved the home and neighborhood she was showing and we connected with her naturally right away that we decided to make an offer on the home and asked her to assist us with the process of buying our new home and listing, selling our townhome. Susan is very honest, sincere and professional from the beginning to the end of the buying and selling process. She is very resourceful and knowledgeable about the communities she works in. Susan has a large network of contacts she can assist in linking you to as needed. Susan is very fair and knows the market as an expert without a doubt. She made commitments and gave us her word with respect for us through different stages of our buying and selling process and she held true to her words. She knew where we needed help and was always available to us and when we needed space she respected and gave us enough room. During a very stressful time, having Susan help us to be able to have a wonderful home to build new family memories in, while guiding us in selling our very first home we had as a family in such a fast time, was a life changing decision we will not ever regret. We highly recommend Susan Thompson to help anyone buy and sell their home. She is truly an expert the business and a special individual who cares!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. We had the very difficult task of selling a family property due to an aging parent. Susan's compassion for our situation, her expertise, and her generosity with her time were absolutely critical in helping us successfully accomplish this task. It would not have been possible without her. She has a tremendous breadth and depth of knowledge and contacts to draw from for the multiple hurdles we encountered in selling an older house with multiple issues. Her responsiveness and proactive nature were exceptionally noteworthy while going through this process from a distance and not living local. Susan's efforts went well beyond expectations and I would highly recommend her.
