I have lived in the Verde Valley for 10 years where I have worked full time as A REALTOR®. I traveled here for years and loved the area. Wanting to retire here someday we bought property and visited often, falling more in love with the area we decided to move our family here instead of waiting to retire ! It was the best decision we ever made! Raising my kids in the area was great! They went thru the school system here so feel able to advise customers on the schools here. I am now a proud mom of 2 ASU students. My clients are very important to me and I work tenaciously to help you get the smoothest most profitable transaction possible. I have sold both residential and commercial properties thru out the Verde Valley. I have also sold over 200 manufactured homes with in the local parks that have lot rent so I am very experienced in that as well. Until recently this required a special license. So I have a Manufactured Homes Dealer , broker and sales license and have a team of agents that can help you with those sales as well. Prior to selling homes in Arizona I was a REALTOR ® in both Massachusettes and Rhode Island where I specialized in Corporate Relocations working with Clients of major Corporations.
