Review I wouldnt recommend Susan to first time homebuyers. She completely went ghost on us throughout the process and only showed up to collect her check and take a photo. Responsiveness is a 4 because if we did have comments or question shed answer immediately but offered no upfront information without asking. We were so confused throughout this home buying process and replied heavily on rocket mortgage and Google for guidance. Her and her team also provided false information throughout the way. We had such a very bad experience that I am committing myself to helping other new homebuyers.

She did a great job getting our offer in and excepted. She didn't stop there. She made sure to keep checking in that paper work was in order sent in and done in a timely manner. She never stopped or just just accepted a we are busy so it will take time for us to get to your paperwork. She made sure to stay on top of them to get it done. She always prepped us before any and everything. Walk threw's she told us what to look for and she looked thoroughly and pointed things out as well. If you are looking for a reliable, genuine real estate agent in the New York Metro area who will get the job done (and done right), I would 100% recommend Susan. She handled everything, from getting professional videos/photos (she even did the virtual staging of our home to make it look gorgeous), coordinating open houses, etc. Even during a pandemic, Sue was able to negotiate the exact selling price point we were looking for. Review Weve known Susan Sanchez for many years. I recommended her to a couple of family members who listed theyre homes with her. She sold theyre houses and in each case got them the price they were looking for. When it came time to sell our house the we knew Susan would be the only one wed use. She told us our house would sell fast and the next day after she listed it we had an offer. Then multiple offers came in the first week. By the second week we were in contract with a great offer.We will be using Susan again very soon to sell my parents house.With her knowledge of real estate and professionalism I'm very confident she will once again do a great job and get us the price we want for the house.
