The sellers broker was not very helpful and Ms. Ruiz stood up for us many times. As an example the sellers broker was not accommodating in scheduling a final walkthrough and Ms. Ruiz intervened to get a time convenient to us. In addition she attended the walk through with us and pointed out many things we should check on. Whenever we had any concern Ms. Ruiz promptly responded to us.
