ZillowVERIFIED Brooke has completely restored my confidence in the existence of ethical, professional, reliable, attentive, for me as much or more than for themselves realtors. Off the top of my head I can list at minimum 5 important (money-saving) details that would likely have been missed without her help. And on our final walk-through she surprised us by having taken it upon herself to arrange for removal of heavy yard decor items that we didnt want to have to deal with (but thought we would have to); Brooke had them GONE at sellers expense. So many email queries answered within minutes! I would mention something and she would put the wheels in motion to make it happen or provide written documentation as to why it couldnt happen. Always on time (or early), always CALM (its so helpful to encounter calm when going through the stress of buying/moving), Brooke came highly recommended to us and I gratefully pass this message on: Brooke is awesome!
