Relocations are a complicated process given the involvement on a 3rd party company in the sale and she did a great job helping us with all the back and forth. We got an offer above list price 2 days after listing our home, but then the deal feel through due to crazy repair demands from the buyer. Susan helped us to keep a positive attitude during this challenging time and quickly got the home re-listed. Once again, we got 2 offers on the same day shortly after re-listing.
