Susan did an amazing job helping us find and buy our home in Evanston! She knows the area really really well and helped us buy a home that was much bigger than we thought we could afford and in the exact location we wanted. She was also very nice, helpful with the negotiation process, had great recommendations for our lawyer and inspector, and made this process much easier and less stressful than I thought it would be. And she also did a great job helping us sell our former home in Evanston. She priced it well, did a great job with photos and other house prep, hosted a bunch of open houses, and helped us sell our home quickly in one weekend. Thanks a ton, Susan!

I worked with her to sell my mother's home and she has networks to help with every aspect of this kind of sale--an excellent handyperson, an excellent team to mount the estate sale and clean up.
