I can't say thank you enough to Kim for helping me sell my townhouse rental property. This is the realtor for you! Susan is a highly professional with great communication skills as well a being very personable. She guided us in a home auction, bidding and giving offers for us with our best interest i mind. When the auction property/company did not work out due to the company's inability to give true value to the property as well as not knowing their own listing, Susan assisted us with another property listing with outcome of success. Susan Reichel has helped me sell three properties. The first was a vacation property that I had been trying to sell for over 3 years, using several different realtors. Susan staged the property, obtained credible bids, helped me understand what was a realistic negotiation, and got the deal to close. As part of the preparation for the sale, she also identified some contractors that were used to help make the property show well. I have subsequently used her services to sell two more residential properties and in both cases she, staged the property, helped me negotiate with the buyers, and followed the process through to closing. This was important for me as there were some requirements for contractors to help prepare the properties for sale, and she worked with them to make sure that they stayed on schedule. This was critical as the buyers had a specific time period in which they needed to close or they would have to re-negotiate their mortgages. With Susan's follow through, we met all schedules and closed when scheduled. I want to also note that because of Susan's local knowledge of the real estate market, she was able to help me understand what the appropriate selling prices should be, and was then able to obtain realistic offers for my consideration.

She's a hugger... white glove service with a hug at the end. It couldn't have been an easier. First she critiqued my house and helped me stage it perfectly. Then Susan and her team kept me informed with up to date answers and quick online access to forms and information. Susan covered it all even down to cleaning tips and some DIY's. I sold my house in the right amount of time and with little to no stress.

I have known Susan Reichel for perhaps 40 or so years. This includes watching her grow and become a productive adult.As an adult she has been a community leader, for example she organized a parents organization for the purpose of providing support and enrichment activities for her local public grade school. She has supported relief efforts for flood victims, she organized and ran a 5 and 10K run with the proceeds to go to local charities.As a professional realtor, she has help others become realtors and has an excellent reputation for providing realtor services. She has help me obtain building lots and contractors so I could build on the lots, and in doing so she has demonstrated deep knowledge of the laws and requirements that I had to meet. Susan is the best! I was buying my first house and she was incredibly supportive and helpful through the whole process.
