First of all she knows all best areas on Austin and will recommend you the best option. 2. She is incredibly quick. If you send her address of the house, she will check it for you right away and make a video for you. 3. She is not trying to push you to buy a house and I think it's very important. She understands exactly what you need and trying to find perfect match according to your request. IF the house is overpriced she will tell you immediately about it. Highly recommended!
