We were truly blessed to have been introduced to Susan. We moved down from Toronto, Canada and throughout our very stressful journey of moving a family of five down, Susan was with us every step of the way. She went above and beyond what any realtor would have done. Not only did she make herself available based on our scheduled visits, but also went out on her own to look for homes that she would show us virtually over Facetime. She is prompt, responsive and diligent. Beyond that, she will help people out personally and point you in the right direction, like she did with us. Just an overall good person to looking to help. If you are looking for a perfect house and best realtor which can help you, you have to talk to Susan. She is absolute professional in her area: 1. First of all she knows all best areas on Austin and will recommend you the best option. 2. She is incredibly quick. If you send her address of the house, she will check it for you right away and make a video for you. 3. She is not trying to push you to buy a house and I think it's very important. She understands exactly what you need and trying to find perfect match according to your request. IF the house is overpriced she will tell you immediately about it. Highly recommended!

I can not recommend Susan enough! She was amazing. We were moving from out of town and only had a few days to find the right home. She worked so hard and learned what we wanted really quickly.
