Susan Mock

A Colorado resident for over 30 years, Susan Mock moved from Goshen, Indiana, to Greeley, where she lives with her husband, Orest, and three West Highland Terriers, Mr. Quigley, Fergus and Biscuit.

Susan's professional roots began in nursing with both a degree as a Registered Nurse and in Business Management. She served as Program Director with RVNA in Greeley and later, as the Director of Home Care and Hospice at Estes Park Medical Center. For 24 years, she owned and operated The Stitchin' Den, a 5000 square foot retail shop in Estes Park. These experiences instilled in her the patience, organizational precision, and "people-first" philosophy that Susan brings to every real estate transaction today. Her journey to real estate has been defined by a lifelong commitment to service, business excellence and a deep-seated passion for the Colorado lifestyle.

Before becoming a REALTOR in 2019, Susan spent years personally investing in the market-buying, renovating, and managing rental properties giving her a sharp eye for a property's potential and a practical understanding of the investment process.
