Susan was absolutely wonderful. She helped us find the most beautiful home on the water in Cape Coral. The home had everything and was under our budget. The exceptional service did not stop there. We are from Michigan, and she assisted with several other items after the sale as well. She made sure the place was ready for us when we came down. Two weeks after the sale I needed a picture of the dryer hook up and she was at the house on a Sunday taking photos for me. We ended up having a few issues when we arrived due to the seller. She addressed them in a timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Susan did a wonderful and great job ! I had no clue to what I was doing and the steps to buying a house . Susan was there throughout the whole process. Susan took me to houses that I described that I was looking for and avoided houses that I was not . She was very helpful and knowledgeable . Susan did a wonderful job of getting the deal that I wanted on my purchase . Susan has excellent communication skills and a sense of humor ! Susan looks out for her clients best interests . I highly recommend Susan to anyone buying a home . I hope she can find the "cute " home you are looking for !!

Susan Milner is an expert! Within just a few hours of asking her to consider being our agent for our dads house, she was there, took pictures, sent us a contract and in less than 24 hours had the MLS on line. She was very proactive in showing the home and negotiating with perspective buyers. She had the home under a sale contract in just a few weeks. When the sale finalized, Susan was very efficient with the paperwork and answering all of our questions and concerns. She goes above and beyond to let you know she cares and makes you feel as though you are her only client. I would highly recommend susan for any of your real estate needs.

I have hired Susan to sell rental homes for me as well as my clients and have also referred her to friends and family. She has listed and sold several lots/land and homes. (In fact, she has never listed anything for me that she did not sell.) Susan is my go-to RE Agent for Florida. She is masterful with short sales, understands the foreclosure arena thoroughly, and knows the FL market extremely well. What I also applaud is that she continually educates herself on the newest trends and procedures to utilize the best, most updated information in this ever-changing real estate business! Susan stays in touch with her clients and keeps prospective customers well informed with her interesting newsletters and informational updates. I highly recommend Susan Milner! We have purchased two homes through Florida Future Realty and are about to sell a home through them. We could not be more pleased with their service, knowledge and honesty when it comes to handling real estate transactions. We found Susan via her Facebook page. After several weeks of seeing various helpful posts about short sales, foreclosures, general housing market and useful details about Cape Coral, we felt comfortable calling her to arrange to show us homes. We are so happy we did! Florida Future Realty believes in establishing RELATIONSHIPS with their clients -- not just helping them buy or sell homes. I would highly recommend Susan and her staff whether you are selling your home or finding your dream home in Cape Coral.
