ReviewIt was really great working with Bea. Shes knowledgeable about Delaware rules and regulations which was a plus since we are not from the state. She was great about keeping us informed on each step of the process, from the initial bid, to the inspection and thru to the closing. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend her.

Review Susan did an excellent job in marketing and selling my home. She went over and above and worked tirelessly to insure the property got the widest exposure possible. At all times she kept me informed of the status of viewings and visitor feedback. She gave critical suggestions on how to show the best features of the house. She followed up with me even in the evenings and on weekends. She was virtually looking out for me around the clock. She is tremendous!

Review Susan did a great job. Our purchasing experience was painless and went smoothly. Susan was responsive to all of our question/concerns, even on Sundays. Additionally, there was an issue post closing that Susan managed to a satisfactory conclusion.

Review Working with Susan to sell my townhouse was truly a life-changing experience. I listed with her last spring, and although our first deal fell through, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. It took a few more months to secure another offer, but once we did, everything moved smoothly and we closed within 30 days. Susan never gave up. Her knowledge, professionalism, and steady guidance made all the difference throughout the process. What started as a client relationship has grown into something much more; Ive since moved my license to her brokerage, which speaks volumes about the trust and respect I have for her. Shes an incredible mentor, full of wisdom, patient, and treats everyone with genuine respect. Even when we dont see eye to eye, were able to communicate openly, find common ground, and move forward. I'm grateful for her influence both personally and professionally and look forward to continuing to grow with her and the team. Highly recommend!

Review Susan is an exceptional real estate agent in the Delaware eastern shore area. I was worried about selling a home there while living on the west coast. Thankfully, I found Susan! I needed to hire local workers and contractors to fix up the home, but I knew noone there. Susan took over and with her connections made the sale go smoothly. All repairs, landscaping and cleanup were reasonbly priced and stress free. After hiring her, I never had to go back to Delaware. Susan had everything under control and was always positive, calm and had great solutions to whatever issue arose.

Review I have used Susan and her firm to sell two of my rental properties in Millsboro, DE. Susan was also the property manager on both properties for almost ten years. We sold one property in 2021 and the other just recently in December 2024. Susan and her staff could not be more professional in managing the properties or subsequently in selling them. I've had nothing but outstanding service from Susan and highly recommend Susan and her staff for all of your reality needs.

Review Susan is an excellent realtor. She goes out of her way for her clients and looks out for them every step of the way. We recently closed on a property but at the last minute before closing a few items came up that could have been an issue. Susan worked diligently to get the issues resolved for us and we closed on time. Its important to point out she didnt want us to close until we were comfortable that the issues were addressed. She looks out for her clients and does whats best for them. We highly recommend her! You wont be disappointed.

Review Eleven years ago Susan helped my parents find a home in Delaware. This year I moved to Delaware and was glad Susan was still working as an agent because the experience with my parents was excellent. Susan is great to work with. She was very attentive to all the details, and understanding what you are looking for in a home. She kept me informed of every step and made sure all deadlines were met. Susan was upbeat and kept a smile even though we looked at a lot of houses before I found "the one."

Review I cannot say enough positive things about Susan Mills, her professionalism, and positivity. The sale of my property was a little involved in Delaware as my primary residence is in New Jersey. Real estate transactions are a bit different between the two states, and I had renters in the property. The property listed end of August and closed in the beginning of December - the market slowed down quite a bit due to increased interest rates and being off season. Susan went above and beyond - she was very active coordinating the showings with the renters. Her communication was very thorough - she always called me with updates and sent me follow up e - mails. She helped the tenants stage the property for the pictures as they were not familiar with the presentation needed. She was always positive and uplifting when I thought moments were a little stressful - She became a friend during the process. During the home inspection, there were a few minor findings - Susan had contacts in the industry that were able to remedy the requests - All coordinated by her which was great as I did not know many contractors in the area. I could not attend the closing so I trusted her to represent me at the closing and everything went smoothly. I could not have asked for a better realtor. She put a lot of time and effort into making the sale happen and I have no doubt she would do the same for you both on the buyer and seller side.

Review Susan, Was very helpful, knowledgeable and quick to change course as our request continued to change weekly. Moving back to Delaware after 20 years, things had changed so much that we were all over the place with our areas, price etc. She stayed patient and calm which helped us make the correct decision for us. We were coming back from Florida and the way things are done there verses Delaware were quite different. She also had to become a teacher for us. We are grateful for her years of knowledge and the way she handled herself in a very professional way. I believe we have made a great friend along the way and admire her ethics. I would be happy to recommend her to my family and friends! Thank You Susan Mills for a great experience! Janice & Reed

Review Susan Mills is an experienced proficient professional realtor. She listed our beach home and had quality professional pictures taken. We had an offer in two days. She worked very hard for us from the time it was listed to settlement making sure we understood everything and that the process was smooth and uncomplicated. I also used her to manage a rental property that I owned in the same community. She found excellent tenants twice for me who took care of my property and paid their rent on time. Review Susan is most friendly and professional. She's not the typical Real Estate Professional who talks a mile second trying to convince you of something but comes across as a patient and and caring person. In selling our house we found that some repairs were required and since I'm not familiar with all the individuals who can do the necessary repairs, she was able to find excellent individuals at a very reasonable cost.

Review Susan has many years of deep, local experience. Because she understands the nuances of Sussex County properties, she can help you make better decisions- such as how to price the property, how to best craft the listing to highlight desirable qualities and how to assist both buyers and sellers in navigating local processes. Susan was very straightforward with us about what we needed to do to our house to make it a desirable listing. She also ensured that all potential buyers were serious and qualified. Susan's team has also managed a small rental property for us for over 10 years.

Review I have known Susan personally in church for over a decade, but I had not worked with her on a real estate project until recently when I sold my house. Thankfully I can say that the experience was a very good one. Susan is a professional who knows her field well. She gave us excellent advice on preparing our home for sale, and she knew the market well. When we completed the renovations we had discussed with her and got the house on the market, it sold quickly and in the price range she had predicted (we listed on the high end and accepted an offer on the lower end of the range we discussed.)
