Susan and Jim are simply the best in Realestate representation anyone could ask for. My experience with Susan and Jim at Creekside Realty were the only agents in the Hampshire County area that were kind, responsible, and professional. Susan and Jim worked relentlessly, for several months, to find us the perfect WV home, and they did! They made us feel like we were their only clients. We were moving from Fairfax County in Northern Virginia to the Romney area of West Virginia. We didn't know the area and kept changing our minds about what home features were important. But that didn't bother Jim or Susan. We told them when we were available and they set up 6-8 homes to visit. I constantly hit Jim with question after question and he either had the answers or found the answers right away, sometimes well after normal business hours. This continued for 2+ months until we found the perfect home. We moved in several weeks ago and LOVE it!! Bottom line, Jim and Susan are responsive, personable, honest, hard working, patient, and very knowledgeable about Hampshire County and the surrounding area. We have worked with other agents over the past year and working with Jim and Susan was by far our best experience. Whether you're a buyer or seller, I highly recommend them both.
