ZillowVERIFIEDtrue professional. Nice lady, she knows what she is doing. She helped us step by step. I did not wanted to have people going through my house. We wanted to have an easy sale.

ZillowVERIFIED Simply stated, Susan was awesome. From our first meeting regarding the potential listing of our home to our closing (and long after), she has been actively involved and has guided us expertly. She was always available and we truly felt that we were her top priority. She informed us of the process and what to expect at each step. When an issue with the buyer arose, Susan fought for our interests and remedied the situation. We have already recommended her services to a family member and will continue to recommend her to anyone in need of a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan helped us relocate and find our home which is a perfect distance between our two sons, their wives, and our grandchildren. Our experience was stressful especially at the end before closing however, Susan was able to assure us that everything would work out and it did. Her professionalism and knowledge are definitely assets when buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan is fantastic! As a first time home buyer I was very nervous about the process and always second guessing my decisions. Any time I reached out to Susan; no matter day or time she answered me immediately with very thoughtful and accurate information. I would recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a house!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan will be a good realtor for you if you do not expect any issues to arise during the process. She did a very good job listing the house quickly, presenting it well and getting an offer quickly. The problems arose when the buyer ran into some issues. Susan was very slow to respond and mostly just forwarded emails from the buyers agent. She was not reassuring, and did very little to make us believe she was pursuing our best interests. Things got to a point where we asked her to start looking for back up offers, and my wife and I believe she made no effort to do so. When we told her that the delays in closing would cause us to lose the house we were trying to purchase in our new town, she essentially said we had no better options than waiting for the buyer. It was devastating to face losing the home we wanted and Susan was less than compassionate. Our impression was that after we received our offer, she was essentially checked out and worried about her next listing. Our experience may not be a common one with the buyer running into several issues that delayed closing, but we would have hoped our agent worked to take care of our needs/concerns from the start of the process to the end

ZillowVERIFIED Susan and her team did a wonderful job in selling our home in Morgantown. After constantly seeing countless "sold" signs in our neighborhood with her name plastered on it, we knew she was the best option. And after a coworker referred her to us, and upon meeting with her, it just solidified that opinion even more. We were nervous about listing our home over Thanksgiving and the upcoming holiday season, but our house sold in 10 days. And because of that, she was then able to lock in an agreement on our new home in Leola before any other buyer could. It was a nerve racking time, but Susan kept us calm and was honest and realistic about the entire process. Thankfully everything worked to our favor. She was a big reason why.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have moved around the country and had a very tight timeline with a recent relocation for work. Susan and her team were so wonderful to work with! The definition of efficiency, communication was on point and they were very aggressive marketing our house and after 6 days on the market we had an offer and closed in 30 days. Truly have never had such a positive experience and would recommend Team McFadden to anyone in the Berks county area looking to buy or sell!!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan was absolutely amazing! She was my agent on both the sale of my previous home locally and the purchase of my new home in Lancaster County. She is smart, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. She handled multiple issues with the seller's agent that, in my opinion, were extremely unprofessional with class. If you need to buy or sell at home, look no further, Susan should be your choice hands down.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan was amazing. She sold our house in 5 weeks, during the holidays last year. We listed right before Thanksgiving and had it under contract prior to the New Year. She knows the market inside and out and does a fantastic job of working with you to make sure all your needs are met. She also was our purchasing agent on our new home and was critical in helping us get the home of our dreams at the price we wanted. If we ever decide to move again Susan will absolutely be our Real Estate agent!

ZillowVERIFIED When we made the decision to buy a vacation property, Susan guided us through the entire process. It had been 30 years since we purchased real estate. Even though things have changed drastically, Susan was able to create a comfort level from start to finish. She worked with us and the listing agents to find a home with the features that we desired. Susan handled all the communication with the sellers and their agents. At settlement, she was there to explain what we were signing and to answer any questions. We will be selling our principal residence within the year and we look forward to working with Susan again.

ZillowVERIFIED Thanks to Susan, our experience buying our new home was pleasant and enjoyable from our first walk through until we got to closing, and beyond. Susan made sure we were informed throughout the entire process and quickly responded to any questions or concerns that we had. Susan even followed up with us after the weekend we moved in to make sure we were getting settled in our new home! I cant even begin to describe all the ways Susan ensured we had the most pleasant experience buying a home. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan was our agent in the recent sale of our home. From day one her marketing skills and professionalism showed in everything she presented to us. We decided to have her as our agent. We always felt like we were her number one priority even though she had many other clients. She had great ideas on how to help us sell our home. She went above and beyond with the open houses which we believe was the reason our home selled. When our home sold we had a very short time to find another place to live, and again Suan rose to the occaision and found us a beautiful place to call home. We highly believe that she will work just as hard for anyone as she did for our family.

ZillowVERIFIED I used Susan to help me rent my townhouse in a very difficult area to find qualified renters. Not only did she find a qualified renter within 2 weeks, she saw the deal through from beginning to end. In my opinion Susan operates in a very professional manner and will work diligently to obtain her clients goal. I was very satisfied with her performance and will use her services in the future wether I need additional rental units filled or whether I were to buy or sell another property. She has gained a client in myself for the long term!

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Susan to anyone I truly care about. The house hunting experience has not only been stress-free, it has been fun! Working with Susan is like working with your best friend. She has our interests at heart entirely and not her own which has been much different from our previous experience with other realtors. It's like she can read our minds and knows exactly for what we are looking. Her advice, expertise, experience, and honesty has been such a welcomed change from our previous experiences. We do not feel pressured into making a decision that does not feel right for us even though it may be a great benefit to her. We are so thankful we found Susan to help us.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan McFadden is a true professional. We reached out to Susan for help in our search to buy a property in Sea Isle City, NJ. Susan found us a seasoned realtor in the Sea Isle area. That person brought years of experience to our search and was a perfect match for us. Susan even used her own personal time to help us look at properties with the New Jersey agent. Susan's experience with new construction was very helpful. She pointed out things that my husband and I would have missed without her. Susan answered all of our questions quickly and accurately. You can tell that Susan loves working with people and knows real estate! I would recommend Susan McFadden to anyone interested in selling or buying a home!
