Susan did an outstanding job assisting me in selling a house I inherited. She was extremely patient waiting for the county to issue my letter of testimony and stayed in touch with me for the nine long months it took to get it. She was knowledgeable about what sells and what I need to do and not do. She never wasted my time or money regarding listing the house. Once the letter was issued, the house was up and on the market.
