I always dreamed of owning a home close to the beach, and Sanibel Island has always been one of my favorite places. When I found what looked like the perfect condo for my needs, I contacted McCallion & McCallion. They set me up with Kate. She contacted me via email and sent me a video of the condo I had my eye on. We spoke on the phone and discussed the pros and cons of the condo and discussed other condo options in the area based on my needs and wants. She was extremely knowledgeable about Sanibel, and familiar with all the condo complexes. Once, I decided on the unit I wanted to buy, she helped through the process.I was not able to get to Sanibel until closing. So, everything was done over the phone and email. Kate was very professional and super helpful. She was able to get me in touch with local lenders, insurance, and title companies. She gave me several names, which gave me the control to decide which one to choose. She set up and was present for the inspection. We were in constant contact. That made me feel reassured that everything was moving along. I could go on and on about how good my buying experience was. I really thought it would be long and painful. Kate made everything go quickly on schedule, and easier than I had imagined it would be, When I was able to finally see my condo in real life, it was exactly as she had described it. It was perfect. Susan brought many more buyers to our houses than any other realtor on the island. She brought the buyers for both houses and she represented us both, managing the negotiations and closings honestly and professionally. I would HIGHLY recommend her whether you are a buyer or a seller. You can trust her to always tell you the truth. I think she is hands down the best realtor on the island and one of the nicest people you will ever have the privilege of knowing.

The McCallion teams understands this market well and has a good approach in place to capture the widest interest.
