We contacted Sue DiBona Marshall as our rep and asked that she show us respect and work with us on selling our home. Her tag line is ready-set-sell - I now know what that means - Ready - means she and her team got us ready to sell - working with us daily from paint to staging to looking from the eyes of the buyer - this took months - Set- Sue and her team made sure we were set with all paperwork/ contacts / and 100% of what we asked and the buyer requested was completed- We felt part in her tram from day 1 until we closed. What a super partnership. So now the SELL - done in two weeks - what I liked the best about Sue and her team was trusting and communicated daily so we never had concerns about being in the loop. We were under pressure to sell our house this fall/winter. Susan brought in her team to come up with a plan - then handed us our "to do" list of items that we should address before we can show the house. As we took care of the list, Susan went to work generating interest. When we were ready, the house was "staged", photographs & drone videos were taken and the open house was scheduled. At that time I was impressed with her friendly approach to showing me the property while establishing a more personal relationship with me as a potential buyer. She did not let the fact that I was less than interested in the property she was showing than either of us would have liked. She was prompt with returning my phone calls and answering all my questions. She made a specific list of my likes and dislikes, what I was looking for and what I did not want in terms of purchasing a home. I was adamant on closing and moving in ASAP. I made an offer on a wonderful property mid Decemner 2015. I closed and moved in early February 2016. ZillowVERIFIED Susan was extremely helpful with her suggestions on what to change or update and what was OK the way it was. Susan had an open house luncheon for brokers and realtors to generate interest before the general open house which really paid off. Susan brought items to stage the house to show it's greatest potential. She has an excellent eye for interior decorating. She even offered to let us park our trailer in her yard while the house was being shown. She was very accomodating and always got right back to us if we called with a question. Susan is a very good negotiator and we got the terms and price we were asking. She handled the fire inspection and the home inspection so we didn't have to take time off from work. She even came to the house so the buyers could measure the rooms and was happy to do it. She bought flowers so the front yard and the deck would look pretty. Susan is a truly unique realtor and you would be hard-pressed to find anyone as friendly and knowledgable about the real estate market as her. She is very busy, but, never too busy for her clients. I will certainly call her when I am ready to sell my new house!

ZillowVERIFIED Extremely long contracts, does not take the time to explain the things you are signing, watch out! Personality was not for me, very nice to start but very demeaning after some time. This was by far the worst process I have ever had to deal with. I hope I can help prevent even one person from doing what we did. Look for someone caring, and willing to have your back through the home buying/selling process. I can assure you she is not it.
