I do hope you will give me sometime and do read my feedback. I meet Susan in 2015 December when we decided we wanted to see a few places and get an idea as to what it is like to buy a house and what all would we need . The first house we saw was in Boca Raton from the moment I meat Susan she was kind and thoughtful not only did she provide with all the information but also went over the process of buying our house ,Susan knew we werent looking to buy anything just right away but she made sure we had the information about buying a house when we were ready .Just then we had to postpone our plans of buying a house due to some unforeseen circumstances. During the period of June 2016 to March 2017 me and my husband were going through some tuff times. I spoke to Susan I told her about my situation that I was going through. Susan didnt even know if we were gonna be her clients as I told her we might move to Colorado but she knew I was going through some very tuff times so she made sure she personally called me at least once a month and emailed me every week to check on me and making sure I was okie and kept giving me positive thoughts and wishes. Things started looking up for us buy May 2017 and we called Susan and told her we were ready to buy a House . Susan started working on a list and we started looking for places , to our surprise we just loved the second place we saw as susan knew exactly what we wanted . I am writing to you as I want you to know what a wonderful person Susan is. Rarely do you meet someone who actually thinks more about the client . She made whole process so simple she was always one step ahead of us right from showing to once we were in the house she made sure she checked everything the ac and doors the locks she negotiated everything and was personally present for the whole home inception, she gave us an idea on what to expect and what to not expect. She came in with for the walk through before the closing and rechecked everything for us .she made sure the documentation signing process was nice and simple she helped us with the mortgage company and title company . She even helped us with information on getting FPL connection name changed. I couldnt even began to tell you how much she helped us. Everyone works for profit but we rarely meet people who make sure that the profit they earned is in good faith and all the parties are happy .We moved in our new home just before Irma hit Florida .she made sure we were okie during the storm,she kept checking us and seeing if we needed anything ,she is checking on us till today to make sure we are all set and adjusting in our new home. Susan has been our rock through the process.Buying a house for the first time can be so intimidating, and Susan knew it so she made sure we were not overwhelmed, she made sure we took one step at a time and explained the process so easily .She was always available to answerour questions.I hope you give her recognition that she deserves.Thank you for taking the time to Read Thank you again
