ZillowVERIFIEDAn Exceptional Team Who Truly Went Above and Beyond! We are incredibly grateful to have worked with such an amazing team of realtors. After having our Key Largo cottage on the market for an entire year with a previous realtor without success, we were fortunate enough to find a team that truly listened to us, understood our goals, and worked tirelessly to get our home sold. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us. We specifically requested that open houses be held every two weeks, and they followed through consistently. They also went above and beyond by helping us get the house furnished again so it would show beautifully and allow potential buyers to truly see the charm and potential of our cottage. What impressed us most was how hard they worked to spread the word about our property. They were proactive, creative, and never stopped looking for ways to get our home in front of the right buyers. Their dedication and attention to detail made such a difference. Thanks to their hard work, persistence, and commitment, our house sold within six monthsaEUR"something we had been unable to accomplish during the entire year with our previous realtor. Selling a home can be stressful and emotional, but having the right real estate team makes all the difference. We always felt that they genuinely cared about us and wanted the best possible outcome for our family. We are truly thankful for everything they did for us and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Key Largo, the Florida Keys, or beyond. If you want realtors who will listen, work hard, communicate, and go the extra mile, we would absolutely recommend them! Thank you for helping us close this chapter and making the entire experience so much better than we could have imagined. We are truly grateful!

ZillowVERIFIED I found Susans guidance when purchasing vacant lots extremely helpful as I'm completely unfamiliar with that type of real estate purchase in the Keys. I would not hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and dedicated Realtor with local knowledge.

ZillowVERIFIED Such a wonderful experience! We contacted Susan about a vacant lot that her and Kelly listed, and helped us purchase. This was the first time working with either of them and I do NOT regret it. Whether it was day/night Susan was constantly keeping us updated via call/text and doing everything in her power to expedite the purchasing process. When talking to Susan, or Kelly, you feel like you are talking to family. It is nice to know that there are still people out there who want to see you succeed and not just make a dollar off of you. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Being out of state sellers, we weren't quite sure what to do or who we wanted to list our property. Susan's presentation won us over! She gathered information about the property and sent us a comprehensive package (including recent comps) to review. After Susan listed the property, she provide excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Not only did she communicate with us every step of the way, she went above and beyond by obtaining several bids to have the mangroves trimmed! Susan sold the property and we couldn't be happier! She was a joy to work with and we recommend her highly!!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Susan Holler was wonderful. She is a local to the area we were looking and she had a wealth of wisdom, advice and patience with us. Because of our "pickiness", It took us time to find exactly what we wanted and what we could afford. The market is small and she hung in there with us, until we found the perfect property. Once we put in an offer, she walked us through the whole process - looking out for our best interest. We truly appreciate having such a skillful, honest and reliable realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan helped my wife and I buy a condo in Travernier, Fl. We have bought a number of houses over the years and we both agree that Susan is the most knowledgeable realtor that we have worked with. She lives in the Upper Keys and is very knownledgeable of the services, recreation and entertainment opportunities in the area. Two of Susans strenghts are her in-depth knownledge of the mortgage process/choices in the Keys where the mortgage enivorment is quite different and her follow through. When she said she was going to have some information available or if she was going to do something - she did! My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Susan if you are looking to buy or selling a home or condo in the Upper Keys!Carl and Kathleen Sanniti

ZillowVERIFIED Being an out of town seller, I knew I needed someone I could trust and depend on. I originally chose Susan, based on research I performed on Zillow. Her sales experience in the area appeared to be in line with what I would need. An agent that works her own listings, and produces results. Once I met with her, I knew she was going to do what needed to get done, and sell my home. I was not disappointed. Susan worked with me and my vendors, getting the house ready (cleaning/painting, and yard work). We had my home sold in record time! She even brought the buyer.I couldn't have asked for better results, and would recommend Susan to anyone thinking about buying or selling in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED We engaged Mrs. Holler on a very difficult assignment for the sale of several continuous real estate sites for an absent owner whom we represented. She started on this project in 2015 and we finally completed the last sale this year (2017). (The "year of service" entry the Zillow provides allows only for one year, unfortunately.) There were obstacles along the way, but she kept in close touch with the real estate sites personally and with our firm (which is not based in the Keys). She arranged for contractors from time to time to deal with those problems and were our eyes and ears in connection with this matter. We would hire her again in a minute.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan Holler was my agent for a property I purchased in Key Largo, Florida. She was excellent from start to finish: she was extremely professional throughout the entire process, all the while remaining kind and empathetic, and always showing her much-appreciated wry sense of humor. She was in constant communication with me, so I never felt like she was "dropping the ball." She was well-versed on local and federal regulations and followed them all diligently. She successfully negotiated a lower-than-asking price, which was very helpful to me. I would highly recommend Susan Holler for any real estate transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan was amazing during the home buying process from communication with lenders, to seeing properties offered by other agents. Her knowledge of the area and the different subdivisions in the Upper Keys area proved to be a valuable tool during the process. Initially our intentions were to go with a lender that we had found online, however, with Susan's advice, she directed us to a local lender who possessed a wealth of knowledge with the lending process. Overall, if we ever sell, decide to rent, or even buy again, we will be retaining Susan's services again. If anyone is in the market for an agent that is not pushy, aggressive, yet knowledgeable and honest, Susan Holler is a great decision. *Note for below, Susan was not the listing agent for the property we purchased, however, did sell us the property with the aid of the listing agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We were casually looking for a home in the Key Largo area and called on one of Susan's vacant land properties. Susan called us back within the hour and had complete working knowledge of the environmental laws then continued to ask us all the key questions to better understand our needs. What we learned through the process is that maybe we need to buy a home instead! We never felt a high pressure sales pitch. She just wanted to make sure we were moving in the right direction. Susan always made us feel that she was aEURoeOn our sideaEUR?. When we finally found the perfect home, she once again guided us with good questions from the moment she watched our eyes light up to make sure we received the best value possible.Susans response time and attention to detail coupled with her casual style in business is what set her apart from her competition -

ZillowVERIFIED Susan was very knowledgeable and assisted us all the way in listing the house as well as advising us what to list it for and how to stage the house to show well. She always warned us when someone was viewing the house and provided feedback. The house didn't sell but not due to anything Susan did; we changed our minds and kept the house after willfully not reducing the selling price. If we have the need, Susan will be the person we reach out to again...if she'll have us.

ZillowVERIFIED My son and wife , husband and myself used Susan Holler. My son lived in Japan and we were buying a short sale. Complication after complication occured but Susan continued the process. It didn't help that there was a fourteen hour difference between Susan and my son, e-mails flew back and forth. Since my son is a CPA, questions that were over and above her knowledge, she found the answer. My daughter-in-law had been a realtor in Fla. and her questions also added to the whole process. Papers were faxed back and forth numerous time and sometimes documents were flawed but Susan prevailed. If you wnat dedication, persistance, kindness, loyalty. and wise action, Susan is your woman.
