ZillowVERIFIED Susan was the realtor for the seller of the property that we bought from. We called her individually and she set a time to come to the property, bring her utility vehicle and drove us all around the property. She explained the land to us and was knowledgeable about the area including the exemptions and information about the county. She was quick in ensuring that our immediate offer was presented to the seller and was accepted. She ensured that all the paperwork was completed and was there for us at the signing of the paperwork at closing. Even though she was not our realtor she ensured that our needs were taken care of just as much as the seller. She will take care of you no matter what side of reality needs you are on.
