We worked via email with a recommended Realtor, but after only 4 hours of looking at houses we realized that the recommended realtor didn't really understand us. Finding the right realtor is a MUST. On our own, my husband, a friend and myself started looking for houses for sale that we could possibly look at (we were only in PG for 4 days and two had already gone by). We stopped in front of a house in the area we liked, looked around and suddenly Susan drove up.
